Hello everyone!, This is my first post my name is XtReMe. I was kind of upset at first when I had to wait for the 5 day thing, but I agree with you guys. It makes sure that everyone that signs up gets a chance to learn how the forums work and etc....


Anyways I was wondering if anyone had any sites on release dates or like annoucnements for new types of Albums , like all types of music rock, rap ext. I got my links for VCD, and games. If anyone can help me with this I would appericate it.

Sorry, I didnt think what I said dis obeyed any rules. I was asking about legal sites, like besides like mtv.com. I was just wondering if anyone knew a site, that just showed new song albums that were released in stores so I could stay up to date, on new music.

Yeah, seems like a legal request to me. But you're asking at the wrong place. This is a video site, and not a music site. Now, if you wanted to know what DVDs were being released this week, then I (we) can help you out.

Well the lines can be somewhat blurred. Many of us are media junkeis. And we may just as well know one as the other. Several CDs today can come with DVDs as well. I picked up a Ferry Corsten album a while back that had several music videos on a DVD in the jewl case. :)

that would be a pretty cool thing to have. most sites like this only cover one music/movie label, rather than all of them.

i think IMDB has release dates for movies that aren't out yet, and i'd say amazon.com would have release dates for music and DVDs. of course, this way you'd have to actually know what you're looking for.

to be honest, i've never needed a site like this because so, so much of the music that's released is complete total crap, mastered by cloth-eared incompetents whose only brief is being told at gunpoint to "make it loud". most of the music i've got into lately has been pretty old. of course, there is new stuff that is good if you know where to look (unfortunately i don't, i just go through friends).

mastered by cloth-eared incompetents whose only brief is being told at gunpoint to "make it loud". I don't think the technicians are incompetent - but when the customers want their product to be loud (=compressed until there's no dynamics left) then you do what the customers want or you decide to quit the job...

sorry not sure about music.
nothing illegal about it...just gives you a glimpse at when you might be able to buy or rent a paticular game or dvd.
