Hi... Ive got 9 AVI's (700Mb each one) and I want to burn them onto one DVD-DL.

If I create an ISO-DVD, is there any chance to tell NERO how many files I want in the first layer and how many in the second?

I mean, I dont want an AVI splitted while playing back on standalone DVD/DivX player.

Thanks.

Hi. Hmm... more a "DVD Burning" question, don't you think?
I think the best way is to create an ISO from your AVIs and them burn it, but not with NERO, use DVD Decrypter. As well as I know, DVD Decypter does not insert any layer brake.
Saludos! ;)

If you're just burning a bunch of non dvd-video files, 'inserting a layer break' isnt an issue.

If you make an ISO and use ISO Buster to find the LBA address of a the first file you want on layer 2, you can input that as the figure for L0 Sectors in DVD Decrypter when you burn.

You just need to make sure there is more data on layer 0 than layer 1, and obviously layer 0's content must still be small enough to fit on the disc!

With files of that size, it might be hard... who knows.

btw, you wouldnt hardly notice the switch between layers, OTP discs are usually pretty good like that and I'm sure your player will do some buffering.
