I have a compressed video with some blocking artifacts. Instead of trying to repair the video, I want to re-assemble the premiere project I made it from- I have been unable to locate the project.
Is there a program that can match up times and video clips with similar but not identical images? I know how CPU intensitive something like this could be. Basically, I'm just wondering.
