Hi, there was mentioned optimizing settings 1st pass encoding.
It was said it is often better chose Q3 quant in zone settings for
1st pass to get closer to real 2nd pass, to have better compression characteristics in pass file.
What about ( would need implement ) to perform 1st of 2pass
encoding as 1pass-like-target-bitrate ( or maybe 1.5-2 times
of target bitrate ? )
