Nero Vision adds green line to DVD

I have a NTSC DivX video (AVI container) @640x352. I converted the video file to DVD using Nero Vision Express 3.0.1.14 and the final DVD is created in NTSC format also. But I have a green line in the bottom of the video. As you can see in this image:

What can I do to avoid the green line?

i'd have thought it was a decoder issue, but 432 is a mod16 height, so i'm a little confused too.

try using ffdshow as your default directshow decoder for divx stuff and encode a short segment in nerovision to test it. it might help.

I had nothing but trouble with NVE3, went back to 2 and all is well. Tried a simple PAL to NTSC conversion and got a similar result as you. NVE2 handled it with no problems.
