Hi all and Happy Holidays :D
I have hit a problem I have not seen before on the AVI to DVD conversion process I have always used.
Basically VirtualDub reads my source avi file as PAL 25fps (which according to the source it is) but when I load this avi into TMPGEnc 3.0 it reads it as 30fps.
I didn't notice this earlier and just set the program to encode it using one of my standard PAL templates that I have used before, but upon burning the result there is a jerky playback characteristic I have not seen before. The avi file plays back smoothly in PC progs.
Has something weird occured here that I have overlooked?
