Which document of MPEG-4 standard describe the FGS.

I am reading some papers about FGS now, the papers tell me that FGS had already been merged into the MPEG-4 standard, but my MPEG-4 standard document (Version 2001-12) don't include FGS.So, can anyone tell me which document of MPEG-4 standard include the description of FGS?

It's in ISO/IEC 14496-2:2004 with clarifications in ISO/IEC 14496-2:2004/Cor.1:2004
