Hi, please help me, using AutoGK, (version 1.44b), I see that in ''Log Windows'' it shows "Switching B-Frames = OFF"
How I can Switch B-Frame ON ??
An other question: How I can maintain the same resolution of the source equal 720x576 without cropping the blank bars?
There are some parametres to modify in "Assistant Hidden options" that permit me to do what I want ??
If yes, what parametres and how I modify them ?
I have readed the "Table Of Contenents" of home site and for the crop I have already put option "auto crop" equal zero and saved the file ".autocrop" in AutoGK directory.
Editing this file are showed "0 and 10", but the DivX resulted is not what I want, the bars are always cropped! :-(
I want realize a DivX with resolution 720x576 as the original DVD that I have ripped and not 720x320 for some movies or 720x400 for other movies etc.... I want always 720x576 for all movies divxes encoded.

Somebody can help me and explain me some counsil ?

Thank you very much!!
Andrea

you can't. if they were switched on then you would have undersized file in the end.

If you already used threshold 0 for autocrop parameters then you can't do anything about it. 720x576 is not an appropriate resolution for the output - it always transformed according to AR (4:3 or 16:9 - DVD players do that transformation automatically so you don't see distorted picture, but AVI files have to have a proper output AR), so despite the fact that its not cropped - height will be changed anyway.

Yeah, me too. Any way to get rid of the white lines at the bottom of 1080?

I thought I saw somewhere that the source is assumed to be 1088, but I don't know what to do about that.

Thx.

Does clipping option in DGIndex not help? (usual procedure from FAQ Q 6.10 applies, although you can edit D2V file manually during analysis step or audio encoding).
