Dvd2avi Field Order Please Help!

hello ALL
I recorded some MPEG2 video from satellite and I used DVD2AVI to make D2V file. The option Field Operation = NONE . Then I maked AVS file with only line MPEG2source ("x.d2v").

I USED PROCODER 2.0 TO CHECK FIELD ORDER OF MPEG2 AND AVS FILE . PROCODER 2.0 SHOWS THAT MPEG2 FILE IS TOP FIELD AND AVS FILE IS BOTTOM FIELD .

HOW DO YOU THINK ? IT IS OK??? I USED FIELD OPERATION=NONE !!!!

Because Avisynth assumes bottom field first by default; just use the line AssumeTFF() in your script.

I don't think AssumeTFF will change what Procoder reports (unless Procoder determines field-order by actually analyzing frames?). Field-order is a property used internally by AviSynth; general AVI files don't have a notion of field-order.
