Removing Beginning Section??

How do i go about cutting the beginning of a capture out ?? i read the guide so i know how to do the trim in the avs script but what about the audio, the audio what then be longer ??

If your audio was captured in Linear PCM (.wav) format, it is included with your video in AviSynth. The Trim() filter will work fine.
