nero recode

when i load a file and hit burn to recode to mp4 it automatically fails on me,,,any ideas??

Usual problem...
remove anything from ahead and clean your registry (kill all ahead/nero related registry keys).
Reinstall the software with the correct serials in the correct order (nero burning rom, dvd plugin, multichannel plugin ... and last, nero vision express).
If nero digital backup options doesnt appear in recode 2.2 then uninstall nero vision express package and remove the serial.
Check if you provided nero all the correct serials and then reinstall nero vision express package (with the related serial).

Hi you proberly have already solved your problem, but here's my 5 cents anyways..

Try downloading Nero General Clean Tool:
http://www.nero.com/us/General_Clean_Tool.html
I've had much success with it in the past.

Then when you've installed Nero again, open Nero StartSmart, press the button down in the right corner (Nero ProductCenter). There you will be able to input all your serial numbers for nero products.

I did this, and I got all the plugins to work afterwards.
