Debug a DVDShrikn Issue

I have a DVDLab project that I want to run DVDShrink on..problem is that DVDShrink says that there is a problem with vts_02_03.vob; invalid data. ( I am asusming the previous ones are ok). How can I debug this to see what the issue is? What to look for in IFOEdit?

Have you tried clicking the Get VTS Sectors button in IfoEdit?

What disk is it? Not RE2? If so there are workarounds.
