Buffer Overflow -- This is occuring during the rebuild phase. As I watch it rebuild the percent done goes from 0 to -19, -34 then fails with this error. Likely it is because I pre-processed the DVD but I wondered if it could be anything else.

CCE 2.50 w/ elcce

First I would just try it again. I just encountered this error in a 1-click encode I did over night. I turned of 1-Click mode and tried the Rebuild phase again and it worked fine without any other changes.

If it still doesn't work try turning on the special processing mode under the Options menu. It can overcome some #0003 and #0004 errors, but not all. Be sure and turn it off when you done though because it can cause problems with some rebuilds.

Thanks for the help, I should have mentioned I turned off one click mode and tried rebuild a few times with no luck. W/ Special error processing on I still had it telling me negative percent done. -19.5% after one cell ID, -31.4 after cell ID 2 and still a crach after that. I guess I should just try to process the DVD w/o doing any pre processing?

Thanks again for the speedy answer

Ok... Here's what I've found out about the Error 9 as it happens during rebuild. It seems that occasionally something can happen in CCE during the encoding phase that will make one of the output .M2V files be corrupt and incomplete. That fact then, during rebuild, creates either the Error #0004 (Buffer Overrun) or Runtime Error 9 depending upon where it happens. Here's what I've found (posted in the #9 thread).
