I've been working with VDubMod 1.5.10 since a few hours ago, then I installed GKnot 0.33 (not all packages, only a few like VobSub and XVid). Then I wanted to open VDubMod again and it wouldn't start, it only shows an error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug Error!
Program: G:\VirtualDubMod\VirtualDubMod.exe
abnormal program termination
(Press Retry to debug the application
Pressing retry doesn't do anything either, I won't get anything else but this message...

I've tried deleting the VDubMod folder, downloading the program again and installing it again, but it still shows the same message :confused:

I also have VirtualDub1492VCR and virtualdub-151-mpeg2-ac3 and they are both still working - I'm very confused now and don't know what to do

Thanks! I didn't know that VDubMod directly accesses the avisynth plugins at startup...

I just got the same problem, did many of the things that theReal did, and also came here looking for an answer. Dumping the contents of the AviSynth Plugins folder did the job for me, too. Thanks much Wilbert.
