I'm going back to Gknot for now as it gives me more control. No idea why AutoGK bombed with that. Too much to fuss about at present.

You don't have avisynth 2.5.5 installed (as I said full pack 1.60 has to be installed)

Well I still can't get v32 or even 28.7 to open d2v files at all even after doing the registry thing, uninstalling and reinstalling (On 2 totally different PC's too). Gone back to using v28 since it even works when I move the folder over to the other PC. No install or anything. Currently sitting in c:\gknot\

Given up trying to actually encode in gknot though and just used it to generate a avs instead and load it up into vdub.

I used to swear by gknot and thought I'd try a new version and/or AutoGK and seem to have hit a brick wall with both for what I want to do (Convert straight MPEG2 with LPCM audio).

Oh well thanks for the help anyways.
