Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but...
Is there a (free) tool to fix improper joint (http://img153.exs.cx/img153/8324/snap0010497pj.png) mpeg files ???

You can reset timestamps or change first gop timestamp with ReStream.

Seems it can only cope with elementary streams... (http://img98.exs.cx/img98/4619/12339oz.png) :(
If I try to demux the streams, I get only a short part of them !!!

remuxing with TMPGEnc might help.

There is a GOP fixing utility built in Womble MPEG2VCR editing software that sometimes help fixing bad mpeg files, but it's not a free tool and it does not always help either.

TMPGEnc was the first one I tried !!!
But it "cuts-off" @ the 1st broken timestamp...
Anyway, I gonna check the other suggestions asap !!!
