How to Cut Out a Audio Channel?

I have some Anime which have 2 Audio languages. ( Which is ultra stupid and annoying ). Now i have brought a DVD burner i wanted to burn them. I wanted to save some spaces as well.

So example:

How could i cut out left channel from the rmvb and have both speaker on right Channel?

RMVB has 2 language? so:

1: video
2: audio
3: audio

You mentioned something about left and right channel. From that I think that the file have one stereo sound and each channel contains different language.
To get only one language:
1)Look at this forum, how to get audio to wav

2)Use some sound editor to separate the channels.
3)Reencode the audio file.

Hmm, is it not possible to do this with Avisynth?

If your source is already in RM format, I think elwood's suggestion sounds like the best option.
