Want a perfect Divx

Hi, i am new to this video converting thing about 3 months into it. Well i want to know how to convert a vob to divx, in crystal clear video. I have went to other sites and they have encoded their video so clear, so i was wandering how to do it. And i want to know how to do it without the noise on the video like little little snow.

Seriously, the "little snow" aka. noise might be just the postprocessing effect of DivX Decoder Filter.

Have you seen the DivX User Guide (http://www.divx.com/divx/divxpro/guides/)? It will provide some insight into how the codec works.

If you want more specific help, you're going to have to post more information -- such as the encoding tools you are using, the settings you have selected, and, regarding your image trouble, a sample image.

ok, i also wanna know how to great great divx movies from dvd movies, i use gordianknot 0.33.1,divx pro 5.2.1 !

Experiement! No, seriously, this is the best way to do this. Start out by reading the DivX User Guide (http://www.divx.com/divx/divxpro/guides/) and the Gordian Knot guides on the site. As you get more experienced, you'll probably think of things that may or may not increase compression/video quality. When you have those questions, dont' feel bashful to search the forums.
