I read the faqs and the linked trhead but i'm looking for an external capture device to use with a notebook(P4 2.4 GHz,30 GB,512 MB,Radeon Mobility 32MB)to capture from TV.My system is PAL.Which device do you advice?Why?Thank you for the answer(s)!
