i allready have a prgram the decrypts the VOB files and i can get them onto my harddrive very easily. but they are takin a big chunk of space out of my harddrive and i have select a different VOB file for each section of the movie
is there a program that lets u convert VOB files into like mpg, wmv or avi files, it oesnt have to join all the video files into one coz i can do that later and it doesnt have to control the size in anyway
if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated

There's many programs to do what you want...

one way to do is to use DVDDecrypter which will demux your .VOB's into the assets (Video/Audio/Subtitles)

Check the format conversion guides on the main page.. those should give you some ideas on how to get the DVD files into a useable format

i tried the DVD decrypter thingy but all it did was decrypt the files i already had decrypted, ive got the VOB files sitting on my computer and i just want a simple way to convert them into an avi or any other video file that is easy to work with, is there any such thing?
