3-4 audio tracks in one .avi

I would like to put all of the audio commentary tracks in my rips of some DVDs I own. The problem is they have more than 2 audio tracks, and I've only seen options to include one primary and one alternate audio track in ripping programs. So, how can I include more than 2 audio tracks?

I currently have the DVDs ripped as .avis with Xvid video and mp3 audio, but re-ripping the whole thing is not a problem if it is easier.

AVIMux GUI can do it.

Use VirtualDubMod (http://www.doom9.org/vdubmod-procedures.htm). You can add additional audio and subtitle streams.
