when using shrink to remove extra's do you loose quality?cause when your done the editing,it will encode the movie.i use cce 2.5 to do my encoding,so if i let shrink do the encoding first,am i defeating the perpose using cce. {going for quality}

Not if you choose "No Compression" on Shrink.

hello Rockas, thanks for your reply. If shrink wont degrade your backup, why are people using pgcedit, menuedit and vobblanker.shrink will do all that i mentioned and easy to use.

Cause sometimes the results from Shrink aren't compatible with DVD Rebuilder.

Because Shrink does not remove Extras.
In Full Backup mode the best you can do is replace the extras with Still Images
In Reautoring mode you can keep only the main movie and lose all the extras and all the menues.

Pgcedit/menuedit/vobblanker allows you more flexibility about what to keep and what to get rid off. But at the expense of more work and complexity (There is not free lunch, except for RB):)
