[?] Ripping 24 Season 3

Hi there,

I am trying to copy 24 Season 3, I'm using DVD Shrink and i want to just put the 4 episodes on a disc without menus, when I go to re-author it lists 7 episodes. The first four look like the ones i want and the last three look like duplicates of three of them.

Has anyone ripped this before what of the seven do I keep?

If you are reauthoring it in DVDShrink, you have to
manually select the items you want to be in the
reauthored disk. Just select the 4 episodes. You must
have selected some extra or something to get 7 items.

i know what i have to do, but there are seven episodes and there should only be four, three of them look like duplicate but which do i keep?

The set also features a total of 45 deleted scenes (26:33), which can be seen on the individual discs with the corresponding episode via a branching option

This is probably your problem. It is giving you the option of which branch to keep.

This is the main reason I usually do a whole disc copy of episode discs. The quality is never that great to begin with, being for TV and all.

Yeah i think that must be it, I have all of season 1 & 2 on a 2 disc kDVD (downloaded avi's) but i want to put season 3 on 2 discs the same.

i'll give it a go, if it screws up i only waste 2 discs.

The DVD is most likly set up to play one episode or play all episodes. Just select the first 4 titles and it should be fine.
