how to change a stream's aspect ratio

hello,

I have a mpeg2 file that is bugging on some players and I suspect it is because of it's wrong aspect ratio setting ( setted to 1:1 ).
I can't find a tool to edit only this setting, as I don't want to recode the file.

any idea ?
