Blockbuster filter newbie

Blockbuster filter has something called "variance", what does it do? I'm converting animes to KSVCD using DIKO and I'd like to know if I should raise or lower the variance to achive better results.

I think there's an official KVCD forum at http://www.kvcd.org. If you don't get an answer here, try them. KVCD/KSVCD is different from standard VCD/SVCD authoring and this forum doesn't get a lot of posts about it.

Why don't you read the documentation that's included in the package?
