Hello,
I have an SVCD (PAL @25fps, 480x576) in which i would like to convert to an anamorphic DVD (NTSC) so I can watch it on my widescreen hdtv. So I guess my first question is, are the black bars encoded into the SVCD or are they placed there by my TV or DVD player? How can I encode it to an anamorphic DVD so it fills my entire screen? I would much appreciate a very basic sample AVS script in order to do so. Thanks!
