First off I've already searched the other threads on this error, but I haven't managed to find a solution!
I've tried Ticking and Not Ticking the "Do Not Convert Audio" button in the Audio tab in DVD2SVCD, but it makes no difference.

Basically I'm trying to convert a Div-X avi into DVD, using TMPGEnc Plus 2.5 (I've also tried CCE SP 2.67 but the same error occurs).
Here's my DVD2SVCD log:

And here's the DVD author log:

What seems strange is that it's looking for MPlex_Muxed_File00.mpg, where I'm guessing the file it wants is Encoded_Video_TMPGEnc_NTSC.mpv (Which TMPG kicked out).
So any ideas?
Thanks :(

I think the problem is to do with the audio. I noticed that the file:
Encoded_audio_1.mp2 is 0 bytes.

However I managed to get the whole process to work when converting a little 60Mb Div-X Movie Trailer to DVD.
However the Div-X movie that I want to encode just won't go..

G-Spot says this about the movie:

Video: DivX 5.0
Audio: mpeglayer3 (mp3) (0x0055) ISO/MPEG
56 kb/s (28/ch, stereo)
24000 Hz

Where as the little trailer that worked:

Video: DivX 5.0
Audio: 0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3
159 kb/s (79/ch, stereo) VBR LAME3.90.´
48000 Hz

Any ideas?
By the way I reinstalled DVD2SVCD 1.22 Build 1 to see if that would help, no luck

:(

EDIT: I just tried pushing the Movie avi file through VirtualDub (in Direct Stream copy as stated in the AVI2xxx sticky). It changed the audio description to 0x0055(MP3) ID'd as MPEG-1 Layer 3, but DVD2SVCD still produces a file Encoded_audio_1.mp2 of 0bytes. I'm leaving CCE encoding just in case, but I'm guessing this is going to fail too :(

Hazaa! Looks like I may have fixed the problem..

From the FAQ of course:

1> Open avi in VDub and verify plays in sync.
2> In Video select Direct Stream Copy
3> In Audio:
--a> Select Full Processing Mode
--b> Select Compression><No compression (PCM)>
--c> Select Conversion and make sure 48k/16bit, Check High Quality
--d> Boost volume if you need to
4> Save new Avi off to HD (PCM audio will make it much bigger so make sure you have the HD space).
5> Load saved avi back into VDub and play. Check if audio is in sync. If so goto next (6), if not stop and go to interleaving tab in audio and try to make adjustments in the delay section until in sync and then re-save as in (4)
6> Encode this new Avi as normal in Avi2SVCD.

My Div-X was 24Khz, so that was what was causing the problem I guess. The remixed 48k/16bit Div-x was 2Gb large, but Besweet has processed it this time! Fingers crossed the audio is in sync at the end!
