Error CCESP- Gdiploadimagefromfile failed3

I just reformatted my pc, and after reloading my DVDRB (newest version) with all the standard settings I get the error Gdiploadimagefromfile failed3. It prompts this when using CCE.. Why is that?

I also just recently updated my windows (after reinstalling with a new version of windows. Sp2) and GDIP was a critical file that needed updated, and so I updated it; however, it did not fix my problem.

What will fix the problem? Do I need a specific file? Is it my Windows version (Sp2 corporate)?

Just re-install/install Avisynth.......;)

Unisttall DVD Rebuilder
Unistall Avisynth and erase all its folders
Re-install Avisynth
Then use my Installer (www.dvdrebuilder.com)
And you shall be OK.
