DVD Rebuilder Runtime error 9

When i try to use dvd rebuilder it keeps giving me the error

run-time error '9':

subscript out of range

this is happening with vip version of 0.68 - after checking it also is doing it on 0.67 vip version - which its never done b4 :(

any idears as to the cuase? or even a solution?
