I have been using DVDRB for my backups for a while now, and I've never had this problem. I encoded an entire disc that was 6.09gb, and after DVDRB got done, it was 2.66gb. Can anyone tell me if there is something I could have done to cause that, or what did cause it?

BTW, here are a few specs.. CCE 2.50, DVDRebuilder 0.67, 4 passes, I'm not using "steal space from extras".

Did you do any pre-processing (appart from ripping to your HD)?

Is this multiangle/seamless branching disc? there was a case just recently were someone reported that the ILVU segments of the vob's were blanked out and when he moved the original ilvu segments back in and rebuilt he got a perfectly sized dvd.

EDIT: here is that topic:

No I didn't do any pre-processing. I did it directly from the ISO file that I ripped with DVD Decrypter.

DVDRB says "Detected Angle and or Interleaving on source".

I read the post you linked to, but I don't understand what he did to fix it?
