2 DVD's to 1

I have 2 dvd disks of half an hour each. Each dvd got a lot of scenes which you must navigate to by using the menu. Is there a way that i can have all 2 dvd's on 1 dvd and still keep all the menu's of each dvd and just create a menu with 2 buttons to navigate to one of the 2 original menu's.

What you want to do requires "re-authoring". One of the most versatile and affordable authoring apps is DVD-lab (http://www.mediachance.com/dvdlab). Demo's are available, as well. There's a very good guide available in the Doom9 Guides section, look on the forum's homepage.
