G Knot problem!!!

Using the latest G knot official build, with divx 5.2.1 and xvid 1.0.1, the latest ones.

With divx encoding and G Knot, g knot just shuts down, seconds after i press encode, with xvid encoding, i got a error, log file something... But i really want to use the divx codecs, because i like it better...

I cant use Auto GK, since this rip dont have the ifo files, when using v dub, manually to encode with, dvd2avi - vfapi, v dub, headach ac3.. i get a v dub error with the vfapi files, with some filters error...

Have been using this methode when G knot wont work,.
Have done some serious reinstalls of OS, and Hdd replacements, and now these progs wont work. I got everything of codecs installed, and i have read and read, and not found what ive been looking for, sadly. So i really hope someone has some smart things i can try...

Can you be more specific about both errors with DivX and XviD?

P.S. can you make sure that you have internet connection disabled in DivX codec properties (i.e. check for updates and rotate art work).

P.P.S. What OS are you running?

Thanx, DivX auto update is now disabled.. Thats it..

The XviD is problably configured wrong by meself.. I`ll do an encode and check the error, and write it down here...
