problem with dvdshrink and dvd decripter

I install the dvdshrink and dvd decripter all last version and sometimes if i close my pc and i open it again and try to run this programs they dont run and i must install them again to run them.what is the problem?please help!!:confused:

Have you ran a virus scan on your system lately?
What operating system are you using?
