help with dvd decrypter

would some one plese tell me where i can get a step by step file on how to use the dvd decrypter. there is something i am doing wrong. i have downloaded a movie but when i go to dvd shrink to put it on the disk is where i am lost. do i still leave the original didk in when i go to dvd shrink. when do i put the blank disk in. just need to know cause i am lost.
