I have a few questions. I try to create a .pcp save file from ProCoder 2.0. I created a project importing the .avs file using the same width,lenght, vbr passes... and when I compare to save file from Procoder with the file generated from eclpro 1.21, there are few differences.

How the ip_quant.DBL value is calculated ?
and what mean Outpoint.QWD ?
the Outpoint.QWD came from the V01000100001002.AVS. Since I not sure what that setting mean, I don't know how to set it right.
