by rockas: the last tools addons and dvd rebuilder. new help files (translation in french is in progress by me)
by ouiouioui: minor improvement to installer

you can install it on top of older installer by me, the new files will be upgrade without need to uninstal or settings again install!

for new install: avisynth is recommanded but installer ask you for download and install it automatically if you don't have it!

what's new:
-corrected one bug that dir work and final are not set correctly at install (work on new install only, and if you have uninstall dvd rebuilder and his config)
-corrected link to start RBloader in start menu (need to uninstal old version for that work, but it's little error! for corrected it: make right clik on link rbloader in start menu -> clik propreties -> work dir put C:\Program Files\DVD_Rebuilder or dir where you have installed dvd rebuilder -> clik ok )
