something wrong with the setup screen in the new version, just got the vip version, thought i post as fast as possible so that the problem could be fixed. then again, maybe im the only one with this problem.

setup screen has both the yellow buttons aswell as the windows standard, run encoder checkmark button out of place, application path missspelled.

I think the button problem is only on yours. Try using the "rewrite defaults" option.

Hmm... I do notice that the checkboxes are off. I'll have to look at that -- but I don't think it's big enough for a re-release.

Interesting that "Application" is misspelled. I looked back, and sure enough, it was misspelled on version 0.67 also.... I'll have to defer to Rockas for that fix.

@jdobbs,

you are right, its not that big of a deal. thought i just let you know. Did try the "rewrite defaults" didnt work, but nevermind, tried to copy the "skins" folder from the dvd-rb 0.67 package, but that didnt work either. Extracted the rebuilder.exe to a couple of folders just to see, but the same happens.

here is a screen shot.

EDIT: there should be a screen shot, maybe later.....

Ahh... I see what you mean now.

Apparently I must have resized the setup screen accidentally. I just fixed it and it will be in the next version. I'll also put some code in to keep the sizing consistent.

i see this problem:

taking my dotnoise/aqua skin as an example, i find the setup graphic *misaligned* in version 068 compared to 067

of course changing/"correcting" my textfile wont be too difficult and i thought about that already, but then this *corrected* version will look faulty in 067, which is now a public version and imho a widespread and commonly used version

my next thought was: creating TWO different textfiles; one for 067 and the other for 068 so that users might be abe to pick the apropriate version

no big deal it seems, but i think something must have changed on v. 068 and i'm not sure that making changes in order to adopt the skins to 068 might be useless in case jdobbs might see to the latest version and possibly make changes once again

what dou you think, jdoobs?

I took a quick look at it last night. The problem seems to be that the scaling is not being set for the setup dialog. So changing the size of the dialog creates a misalignment. I accidentally resized that dialog while working through code.... but didn't notice the misalignment (the price I pay for using the standard windows interface most of the time).

I'll probably just mail it out again overnight tonight as 0.68a.

Don't make special backdrops for the different versions -- use 0.67 as the template and I'll correct 0.68.

Can you wait a few hours?
I got the new Rockas Default ready but I'm postng here through a 56k modem :)
At this speed the files will get you sooner if I send them by boat :D
Two hours... is that ok?
