i have fast and the furious on two mpg files i wanted to batch convert to avi then append into one avi. i tried agk to do the mpg to avi. here is my log with the error EXCEPTION: Bad index file. at the end. i guess i could just use vdub to do this too, huh?

5.4 Will AutoGK support other input materials (AVI, MPG etc)?
- at the moment there is no immediate plans to support AVI and MPEG1 sources. But MPEG2 sources (including transport streams) and pure VOBs are supported starting from version 1.41 (File mode)


hmm, strange, according to the program "mpeg properties" , it is a layer II mpeg. but according to "bitrate viewer" it is a mpeg I. Sorry, no big deal though. i will just use the orig disc to do another encode. thanks.
