Appending VOB's, etc?

To All,

I have used ifoedit to split DVD's on more than one occasion - the result being two sets of IFO's/VOB's. I now have the desire to put them back the way they were. Is it doable? I've read a lot of the guides, but didn't see a solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
