final avi playback stutters

i used AGK for the first time
i get a good avi file at the end, but when i play it (in winamp) it stutters.
I followed the build in tutorial, ripped in the right mode using dvd decrypter, and get no errors.
Only in the log file a hybrid is mentioned...

any has suggestions? tnx:p

i am doing a second try and will post the logfile if the fault still occurs-tnx for the quick respond

btw: i played the avi in media player-not in winamp (my mistake)

Did a 2nd try and now it was ok-I am very happy about the quality of the XviD movie
I think what I first did wrong was that i didn't start of with a good rip from the main movie.
Well tnx again folks-this just made my day! :cool:
