ripped dvd file to vcd

what would be the easiest way i can convert an already ripped dvd to vcd?? meaning that i don't have the original dvd-r anymore, just the file on my hd. thanks

as long as the files are already on your HD, you don't need the original dvd-r anymore, but you will need the "original" dvd to get some help
