DVD-RB and CCE 2.70.xx

I am not sure if DVD-RB works with CCE 2.70xx yeat, if it doesn't, that would solve my problem and I would go back to 2.67.xx. At the end of the prepare stage, I get a

C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\......\D2VAVS\item.ecl is not a ECL for CCE SP Trial Version.

Then I get a "run-time error '53' file not found.

Anyone know what to do?
