DVDRB not displaying all audio streams

I am having a problem with Audio Streams not showing up with some movies. For example DVDRB might only show one 2 channel stream, even tho I know it's a new movie and would have 5 channel audio. I then open the same disc in CloneDVD (or another app) and see the streams that I knew should show up.

(Also, I have NOT selected any audio to be removed under OPTIONS>SETUP in DVDRB)

This is "MOVIE 1" in DVDrebuilder
Compare the audio streams that can be selected in the DVDRB pic to the CloneDVD PIC.

Again, look at the difference in Audio Streams that can be selected.

There are many other movies that have done the same thing as the above movies. Can someone tell me why DVDRB isn't showing all the available audio streams, or has anyone else noticed this? I just want to make sure that I'm not making movies without dolby digital.(when available) And if certain audio streams that I DON'T want aren't showing up, then I don't get the option to remove them and have more space for video.
