Auto GK - AC3 audio problem!

Hi there, I've just got a problem with AutoGK that I've never had, I wanted to make a back up, and in the settings I choosed to keep the original audio AC3.
The encoding was succesful, but when I wanted to play the movie with BS Player, it came no audio at all. Then I tried with WinDVD and the audio was there...after that, I tried with Windows Media Player and I got an error message, telling me something about "Filters" (?)
This is the first time it happend, I have another back ups (avi/ac3) and I can play them without problems.
Some ideas about this problem?

I am sorry guys!! No Auto GK problem... everything was ok after I downloaded the AC3 Filter (I thought I had it already!)
Anyway, I don't know if the question is pertinent here, but BS Player was able to open an Ac3 as an external audio file, but no sound when it reads the avi/ac3... I don't understand why!!
