saving motion menu

Is there any way to extract a motion menu from the .VOB files? I have located the motion menu using menuedit but cannot figure out how to remove it (or demux) it from the vob. I dont really care about the buttons right now. I just want to save it as a video.

Any ideas?

Ripping and demuxing isn't really my thing, but you could try downloading VOBrator from here (http://www.doom9.org/software2.htm), and see if you can extract the relevant assets from the VOB that way.

what if you just open the VOB in VDM? can you see the menu (or actually background for it)? how to proceed really depends on, what do you want to do with that menu?
