video playlist - how to normalize on the fly?

Hi there!

I have a bunch of musicvideos all either mpeg1, mpeg2 or avi.
I'd like to play them gathered in a playlist via BSPlayer.
Problem is, that there are huge differences in the sound level. Says some songs are loud - compared to that others are very low.
Is there a way to normalize sound on the fly?
I don't have the time to edit and normalize each video, as I need to play approximately 100 of them in less than 20 hours.

Any suggestions?
