i've searched to see if this topic was already answered and couldn't find any so i'll cut to the chase

will the next beta or future ones support dgdecode.dll and dgindex?

thank you

What's your definition of support? I'm quite sure you could use the dgdecode.dll if you want to. Isn't this just putting the correct line in the avs script editor (or am I missing the point here)

hmm..i tried but it didn't work...let me try again,

but what i was getting at was some future release automatically had dgdecode.dll and dgindex install - instead of DVD2AVIdg and mpeg2dec3dg.dll

Yes I was guessing you meant that :) Eyes`only will have to address that. FOr now adjusting things in the avs script editor should be sufficient.

new dg apps require the usage of the latest versions of decomb, which in turn require us to state the field order in the avs in order to use decomb. As we have seen, field order is a pain to diagnose correctly in PAL and sometimes (not often) NTSC. This is why I haven't implemented it. If I'm wrong, and someone knows how I can do this with little effort, I'm all ears. Err well.. besides the fact that I'm Eyes`Only. :)

Oh sorry, I was thinking about that mpeg2dec3dg.dll thing. I'll look into the other.
