i know that autogk requires dvddecrypter to work and i do use dvdd
but i have a problem-i have some dvds fully backuped in my hdd but dvdd only uses dvdroms as source so i cant rip those dvds in my hdd :I
if i use smartripper i can browse my dvds in hdd and rip them but obviously i get the <error parsing input directory> error in autogk
so can u suggest any kind of solution for this situation?

build an iso out of your video_ts/audio_ts with imgtools_classic
mount iso with alchool or daemon tool
rip whit dvd decrypter
bye bye

Hi-
I don't know buzzqw. I thought your answer was pretty advanced already.
VStrip can do it, but it was always too difficult for me to use. If you want to give it a try, OMINUS, then here's Doom9's guide to using it:
http://www.doom9.org/vstrip.htm
And here's VStrip itself:

@OMINUS
AutoGk can open even single file (or multiple vobs). In this way you don't have ifo parsing but could be usefull anyway
Also you can demux all dvd tracks (even with smartripper) and feed autogk with these.
