Hi
I'm sorry if this questions has already been answered, but I have tried to find something about it and I didnt managed to. I have a movie which is NTSC, after a long time considering the options of converting it to PAL, I found out the only way to do it without actually noticing it too much was to speed it up from 23.976 to 25.000. The video part is easy to do, but the audio part is harder. The audio is AC3 and since I dont have money to buy any software, I decided to use besweet. I tried the change framerate functions of besweet and it worked, but the problem was that it changed the pitch too, which is noticable in some ares of the movie. I dont want to use another format on my movie, I would like to keep AC3, but I would also like to change the speed without changing the pitch. Is there a way to do this without losing (too much) quality and without any volum/loudness difference.
Do I have to decode it to six waves first, change the tempo, then encode it to AC3, or can I change the tempo of the AC3 directly?
How can I do this?
EDIT: The file I have is a 5.1 surround, 448kbps, 48000Hz AC3 file
Thanx
