IFOEdit reauthor - but not synchronized

I'm reauthoring with IFOEdit and for a reason the audio and video are not synchronized.

I checked if the audio has any delay in the original but DVD Decripter did not find any delay.

how can I synchronize this?

Find out how much the delay is and use a program like ac3delay cutter.
